S&W M&P Dovetail Front Sight, for all M&P models. Our front sights are made from hardened 4140 bar stock for improved durability. They feature a narrowed front section to provide a clean sight picture even if the forward part of the blade is dinged up or dirty. Dovetail base is oversized for fitting, in order to accommodate the wide variation in production dimensions. Blade face is serrated 40lpi.

**Please note that many long slides shoot a little low and can also be used with a .160" front. We suggest that you shoot your long slide M&P with the factory .180" front in place and see where it prints prior to ordering a new front sight.
Finished in black salt bath nitrocarburizing, equivalent to the factory finish on the slide, for superior hardness and corrosion resistance.
