Seekins Precision VK18 224 VALKYRIE COMPLETE UPPER - 18"

The 18-inch .224 Valkyrie barrel was no exception to Seekins strenuous quality standards. The barrels are machined from 416-5R stainless steel blanks and inspected no less than four times to guarantee accuracy and reliability. The barrels are threaded ½-28 and ready for the muzzle device of your preference.
The skeletonized NX15 upper receiver is CNC machined from a solid billet of 7075-T6 aluminum to Seekins Precision exceptional standards, far exceeding mil-spec requirements. The receiver and included NOXs™ Hand Guard top rails are seamless, providing maximum optics and accessory mounting options. Both the receiver and handguard are Type III Class 2 Hardcoat Anodized matte black.
Extremely lightweight and infinitely adaptable because of the M-LOK attachment system, the included 15” NOXs™ hand guard is perfect for tactical and competition use. Precision machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, it features a top Picatinny rail and M-LOK slots at 3, 6 and 9 O’clock positions for solid mounting of accessories where needed.
The VK18 complete upper comes standard with a match grade barrel in .224 Valkyrie. Unlike conventional upper receivers, the NOXs™ gas system can be finely tuned for performance and reliability because of the included Seekins Precision Adjustable Gas Block. The gas block and Gas Tube are Melonite coated for reliability and ease of maintenance. Seekins highly effective Nest Flash Hider is also included.
VK18 uppers are compatible with Mil-Spec lower receivers and most aftermarket rail accessories.

Please Note: With the long-awaited release of Seekins Precision chambering of the .224 Valkyrie, they are now offering complete rifles, complete uppers and barrels in this exciting new caliber. After extensive testing and collaboration with designers and ammunition manufacturers, they have found the wide variety of ammunition and bullet designs from the light varmint bullets to the mid-weight match offerings perform exceedingly well. However, they found the accuracy of the 90gr ammo to be less than satisfactory and for this reason, cannot guarantee accuracy with the current production 90gr ammunition. As ammunition manufacturers continue to advance new loads with different bullet designs, there is sure to be future options that will live up to Seekins Precision standards.
