From the manufacturer
Includes the Most Necessary Components for an AR-Lower Build
Known for its popular line of drop-in AR-15 triggers, Geissele also provides AR builders with all the extra components needed to complete construction of their lower receiver, and the company's Mil-Spec Lower Parts Kit is designed to accommodate the needs of most builders.
From the company's perspective, those aficionados who build AR-15s tend to personalize their guns with the trigger components they want rather than use the mil-spec triggers that ship with most parts kits. So, in the Geissele Mil-Spec Lower Parts Kit, the company includes everything but the trigger, so users have only what they need to finish their design.
The Geissele AR-15 Lower Parts Kit includes:
- Grip
- Grip Screw Washer
- Grip Screw
- Bolt catch
- Bolt catch plunger / spring / roll pin
- Mag release
- Mag release button
- Mag release spring
- Buffer retainer spring
- Safety
- Buffer retainer
- Safety detent & spring
- Triggerguard & roll pin
- Takedown detents & springs
- Pivot / takedown pins
Like its name implies, each Mil-Spec Lower Parts Kit is carefully machined to meet all military specifications and are purpose-built for premium operation and installation in all standard AR lowers. The only elements not included with the kit are the pistol grip, trigger, hammer, disconnector and trigger pins.
