From the manufacturer
If you're aiming to build a pistol-caliber carbine, then starting with a dedicated lower is the best pathway to success. This KE Arms Stripped Lower Receiver is designed specifically for a 9mm PCC, and it's set up to accept all of today's OEM and aftermarket Glock-style magazines. Each KE Arms KE-9 Lower Receiver is machined at the company's facility from 7075 billet aluminum. The company holds its receivers to tight tolerances within military specifications, so all mil-spec components will function in this lower, and the receiver is compatible with all mil-spec 9mm upper receivers. To enhance its durability, the receiver is treated with an all-black, Class 2 hard-ano Mfg: Ke Arms
